Week 1, Day 1, Weight: 14 st 1 lb

My slimming journey starts today!

I have created weight loss hypnotherapy programme called THINK SLIM. My aim is to follow it and share my progress with you.

For the next two weeks I am going to follow 4 rules :

  1. Eat ANYTHING you want however only when you are truly hungry.
  2. Eat mindfully  and enjoy every mouthful.
  3. Stop eating when you suspect you are full.
  4. Listen to your hypnotherapy for weight loss recording every day.

That’s all.

Meanwhile, I am going to write posts as often as I can to share subjects that come to the light as I face my first days THINKING SLIM.

I am going to record my progress every Sunday.

Hello Everyone!

I would like to apologise for not being here for a while. Fortunately I have failed SUCCESSFULLY  and today I am back with renewed energy, ready and excited to continue my challenge!

Since all my past weigh- ins were done on Sunday, I  am going to carry on this tradition and weigh-in  tomorrow first thing in the morning.

New day, new start!

Good Morning!

This is my weight, recorded today- 13 st 1 lb. It looks like I put on 2 lb since June, which means I kept the stone I lost since March off.

My Weight Loss Goal

I’m setting my final weight loss goal for 11 st 8 lb as this is my healthy range. It looks like I need to lose 1 st 7 lb (13 st 1 lb – 11 st 8 lb) to reach this target. 1 st 7 lb is 21 lb (14 lb + 7 lb).  I would like to lose maximum of  2 lb a week, as this is the safe rate. People who lose weight gradually are more successful at keeping weight off. I want to be one of them 🙂 If I keep losing 2 lb a week , I should be able to achieve my goal in 10.5 weeks (21 lb : 2 lb a week = 10.5 weeks). That will take me to November the 28th. It’s only an approximation. My previous progress record above shows you what the reality looks like 🙂

Coming back after rather tricky time.  Today is 11th of November and my weight is 12 st 13 lb. I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS, which greatly affects my weight loss. I have decided to create more individualised plan for myself in order for this to work better. Meanwhile I was working hard to keep my weight off. Wish me good luck!
