- 30 min Initial Telephone Consultation
- Information pack (additional information with tips and useful weight loss tools)
- Recording of a professionally designed hypnotherapy session (MP3/CD) to listen to every day
- 4 x 45 min hypnotherapy session (4 weeks: 1 session a week) at my practice.

This is a single Weight Loss Hypnotherapy Session designed to suit your needs. The special content of the session and delivery will be discussed with you during the first consultation and will depend on the issue or goal that you would like to work towards. Purchasing single hypnotherapy session is a good idea to:
experience how it feels to be hypnotised
decide whether you’d like to work with the hypnotherapist
start your weight loss therapy
spread the financial cost of the therapy
I recommend to book at least 4 regular sessions (1 session a week) in order to achieve best results.
You can book each session on a weekly basis for as long as you need it.
Self- Hypnosis Weight Loss MP3 Recordings *
Weight Loss MP3 Recordings are the most affordable way of experiencing benefits of hypnosis. You can chose your preferred recording, purchase it on-line, download it and enjoy listening to it as often as you like in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
